To use our insoles, simply remove your shoes' current insoles and place ours inside. No need to trim, as we provide 13 sizes to fit most people. If needed, you can trim along the outline on the bottom of the insole near the toes to match your shoe size.

Regarding product care and longevity, our insoles can generally be used for more than two years. Clean them with warm water, but do not machine-wash. For optimal performance, it is recommended to remove the soles of your shoes and replace them with our insoles, which are designed for wider, high-volume shoes like work boots, basketball shoes, running shoes, and casual shoes, but not suitable for shoes with limited space, such as football shoes and cycling shoes.
