These insoles are ideal for conditions such as flat feet, plantar fasciitis, foot, arch and heel pain, knee pain, supination, bunions, and overpronation. When it comes to usage, you should remove the current insoles from your shoes and place our insoles in, as they are designed to fit most shoe sizes without the need for trimming. However, if needed, you can trim them along the outline on the bottom of the insole near the toes to match your shoe size.

Our insoles are designed for wider, high-volume shoes such as work boots, basketball shoes, running shoes, and casual shoes. They are not suitable for shoes with limited space, such as football shoes and cycling shoes.

Regarding maintenance, the insoles can generally be used for more than two years. Clean them with warm water, but do not machine-wash them.
